Harmony Recruitment & Development are looking to recruit an Engagement and Recruitment Consultant.

This will be a fixed term contract initially for 12 months.

The Engagement Recruitment Consultant will promote the Programme to potential referral organisations and individuals in order to attract starts onto the programme. The candidate must have experience in a target driven environment and proven success in engaging and motivating others.

An ideal background in sales, recruitment or marketing is required, ideally with experience in training, education or a learning environment that supports individual’s progression towards completion of their agreed qualification.

People motivation, coaching and development

·To effectively communicate the benefits of the programme and customise the programme description for potential participants.

·Use social media professionally and appropriately to stimulate interest in the programme.

·Work with potential participants to participate through a variety of marketing mediums, presentations and follow up phone calls.

·Establish and develop links with organisations who may be supporting or hosting potential participants and establish a presence where appropriate to stimulate programme starts.

Performance Management and Delivery

·To build and relationships potential; referral sources, such as Local Enterprise Partnerships, Voluntary Sector organisations ,Community Groups, Schools, Colleges Justice Services and other relevant potential referral organisations.

·Work as part of a team towards individual and team targets

·Proactively identify new opportunities to recruit new learners

·To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date accurate and deadlines for returns are made.

External relationships and stakeholder management

·To carry out business engagement activities to raise awareness with organisations about the benefits of participating.

·To be accountable for engaging sufficient referrals to meet the starts on programme target each month.

·To be responsible for the lead generation and conversion to increase the number of people joining the programme.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

·To process documentation accurately and timeously and work closely with the administration team to ensure appropriate information is collated for claim and statistical purposes.

Harmony Recruitment & Development are looking to recruit a Key Worker for a role in Fife.

This will be a fixed term contract initially for 12 months.

The Key Worker will carry out engagement activity with relevant organisations to promote the programme and support customers to positively engage with the programme.

The Key Worker will provide 1 to 1 support to customers who are long term unemployed to help them move towards employment.

The Key Worker will manage a caseload of customers to ensure appropriate and effective contractual activity is undertaken by all customers according to their level of job readiness and to address customer’s personal constraints to employment, providing advice and guidance where appropriate.

Key responsibilities:

·To identify, structure and recommend vacancy and training solutions, working closely with the customer to meet their specific needs.

·To provide advice, guidance and support to customers during their initial weeks of employment, supporting their transition from welfare to employment to maximise the potential for customers to sustain employment in the longer term

·To develop relationships and networks with key stakeholders including employers, jobcentre teams and provisions and funding providers to ensure smooth operation of all processes

·To process documentation accurately and timeously to ensure appropriate information is collated for claim and statistical purposes

·To maintain customer records to ensure audit and quality assurance that meets the needs of the contract

·Maintain the highest standards of customer care at all times

Essential Attainments:

·Wide experience of working in a target driven environment with proven success of engaging and supporting individuals

·Experience in a training, education or learning environment that supports individual’s progression towards employment

·Must be Dynamic, able to challenge, well organised and self-motivated

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Attainments:

·Ability to influence and negotiate required outcomes and proactively promote services to a range of individuals

·Possess high standards and have excellent organisational skills, being able to prioritise workloads and deadlines

Essential Criteria:

·Must have excellent face to face and telephone communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative

·An understanding of how to support unemployed people using learning as a route way to secure employment.

·Should have strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy/spreadsheet skills and good written communication/record keeping skills.

·Personal interests including interest in people and willingness to learn

Desirable Criteria:

·Technical skills include the ability to use technology to deliver results and knowledge of welfare/benefits system

·Personal interests regarding interest in career and self-development

·Personal circumstances include willingness to travel and work flexible hours
