The role is to design content to meet the diverse range of needs of users by planing, developing and implementing content strategies across the business. 

Duties include:
  • Planing, developing and implementing the content strategies and delivery plans.
  • Design content to meet user needs.
  • Use specialist content writing skills and be skilled in editing others’ work.
  • Identifying and addressing any content gaps.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the content management system’s performance.
  • Responsibility for ensuring content is optimised for web performance.

Ideally you will have:
