    Richard Wan contacted me and we went through relevant skills and questions and he was just so friendly and very thorough. He emailed me with the registration forms required, with details on the role within Harmony/Triage.

    Before the interview Richard spent time with me explaining the role again. He told me to listen to the questions, give detail of my previous roles using the STAR technique, know my strengths, be honest and also ask questions at the end of the interview.
